Insights and Reporting
Data availability
Your initial insights generally emerge within 30 minutes, depending on your checkout traffic volume.
Where to find reports
Go to the Reporting section in Exatom to explore:
Form Engagement: Gain a high-level understanding of how shoppers engage, hesitate, or drop off in the checkout flow.
Field Metrics: View per-field performance, including drop-offs, error rates and autofill usage.
What you can do next
Identify friction points (e.g., fields with high error or drop-off rates).
Prioritise checkout improvements and A/B testing to lower drop-off rates and increase conversion.
Monitor changes over time to assess the effects of optimisations.
Configure alerts in the Exatom platform to inform your teams when performance varies.
What features are not available
Due to the nature of the Shopify checkout integration (meaning through their APIs that they make available to partners), we are unable to offer the following features.
Interaction and hesitation timings
Rage clicks
Session Replays
